This forum will share lessons learned 2.5 years into the statewide implementation of MHFA trainings in Oklahoma. The discussion will cover the challenges/starting point of the team’s work, how they built capacity/partnerships with other organizations, processes to streamline MHFA Connect coordinating and increase pre-work completion rates, the branding rollout, and how all of these methods have culminated in increased outcomes and expanded reach. Attendees will gain ideas for large-scale implementation of MHFA in their state, as well as some specific lessons and documents, including forms and email templates, for tangible takeaways.
