How is it possible to train thousands in one year and still maintain positive mental health? These presenters, from a 23,000-employee school district will show attendees how. In one school year, 91.7% of employees were trained in over 800 trainings. A system was developed using Google Drive for organizing all the data. In sharing their documentation, the presenters will reveal how they worked seamlessly to keep track of such a wealth of information and provide a method for attendees to sign up to receive and begin utilizing this documentation system.
