After a 21- year career at Johnson and Johnson, Rodney Longhofer is now focusing his attention on unmasking the stigma surrounding mental illness and substance use. With personal and professional experiences, Rodney hopes to educate the work community on the importance and impact of a healthy mind. Serving as President of the Board of Directors for the Friends of Johnson County (KS) Mental Health Center, Rodney will accomplish this goal by engaging and encouraging healthy discussions involving the Mental Health First Aid at Work curriculum. Rodney graduated from Emporia (KS) State University. He and his wife Molly have been married for 30 years and have two children, Jackson and Neva. They reside in Overland Park, Kansas.
