Jose Cotto, LMSW, is the vice president for integrated services at ICL, Inc. He oversees the Assertive Community Treatment teams, Intensive Mobile Treatment teams as well as all Home Community Based Services. Cotto helps to ensure that people are enhancing their connectedness to their communities and furthering their recoveries. He’s facilitated trainings on Person-Centered Planning, Harm Reduction, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and more. Cotto is also a clinician for another agency where he focuses on children and families. He received his master’s degree in social work from the University of Connecticut, a Bachelor of Psychology and a Bachelor of Communication degree from the University of Massachusetts. He’s written articles and presented on the elements that contribute to the overall well-being of people.
