Dr. Libbie Stansifer is an experienced physician with 13 years of practice in the field and 8 years of experience as a physician leader. She holds an MD degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and has completed her residency training in Pediatrics and Psychiatry at University Hospitals in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Stansifer is board-certified in General Pediatrics, General Psychiatry, Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, and Addiction Medicine. Dr. Stansifer began her post-residency career in 2011 as a child/adult/MAT psychiatrist at Signature Health, a Northeast Ohio FQHC integrated care provider specializing in mental illness and addiction treatment. She became Signature Health's Chief Medical Officer in 2016, overseeing the medical provider, quality, and laboratory teams. In 2023, Dr. Stansifer transitioned to the role of Chief Clinical Officer, where she currently leads a team of multidisciplinary clinicians and support staff. Her team includes physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and behavioral health clinicians. Dr. Stansifer's leadership is focused on fulfilling Signature Health's purpose of helping patients in the community reach their highest potential.
