Dr. Jill Donelan brings over 15 years of experience as a behavioral health clinician and supervisor, with specialities in the treatment of youth, trauma, and severe mental illness. She currently serves as the VP of Clinical Operations at Mirah, a technology company specializing in helping behavioral health organizations implement measurement-based care and behavioral health integration.
Drawing on her extensive background, Dr. Donelan has successfully spearheaded the implementation of measurement-based care programs in diverse clinical settings, optimizing treatment outcomes and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Bridging the gap between evidence-based practice and real-life clinical care, Dr. Donelan has made significant contributions to the field of psychology through her numerous leadership positions, presentations, and publications, including authoring the book "Trauma Treatment Toolbox for Teens." Dr. Donelan has held academic appointments as an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at the Chan University of Massachusetts Medical School at Baystate and an Adjunct Professor in Graduate Psychology at Bay Path University, and also served as the Training Director for an APA-accredited doctoral psychology internship program at The Village, Inc.
Dr. Donelan earned a BA in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin and MS and Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from Baylor University. She is a licensed healthcare service professional in Massachusetts and Connecticut.
