Jeffrey Oliver, M.A. has worked for Texas HHSC for 5 years. He has his undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Mississippi, a Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of South Florida, and is completing his Ph.D. in Health Promotion and Behavioral Science from the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston (UTHealth). He has worked as a behavior therapist and Behavior Analyst providing clinical services to children with Autism and other developmental delays and Adults with Traumatic Brain Injury where he worked with other professionals outside of his field to coordinate services for these individuals. He has worked for the Texas Health and Human Services Commission in the Behavioral Health Services Department for the past 5 years as a Performance Improvement Specialist. He has experience in both clinical programming and direct service delivery, data collection and analysis, and working on grant funded projects at the state and within academia.
