Celerina “Sally” Cervantes, MPH, RN, CPHQ works with Tropical Texas Behavioral Health (TTBH), a CCBHC in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas. She has a background in behavioral health with experience in youth and family case management, crisis assessment, intake, psychosocial rehabilitation, nursing, and supervision. Sally has served as the integrated care RN within the quality management department over the last six years and has led efforts to ensure data-driven whole person healthcare forms the foundation of center-wide policies, practices, and trainings of her organization.
