TP8 - Leadership Development as a Tool for Recruitment and Retention for a Behavioral Health Organization

Endeavor Health Services' approach was to develop a program that reaches all roles and be individualized. The program is accessible to all levels of the organization, from new employees to the CEO. The program is divided into cohorts to ensure a team approach. Staff are supported in finding their vision of leadership and success and taking ownership of that growth and development. By creating a culture that supports and encourages individualized leadership, the agency is able to foster a sense of empowerment and ownership among its staff. Fostering this growth is integral to retention and recruitment across disciplines.
