Integral Care began formal efforts re-imagine access points to our behavioral health services in September of 2021. The focus of this presentation is to provide highly pragmatic guidance on innovation strategies, based on our real-world experience with the implementation our three new Enhanced Access Strategies. This presentation will highlight a journey toward wide open access throughout our system of care. Participants will leave this presentation with a clear vision of very tangible innovations that can be explored. Our goal is to spark ideas about the implementation of innovative models to enhance access and decrease barriers to care.
