Elaine is a Research and Evaluation Associate at the National Council for Mental Wellbeing. A dedicated and adaptable public health professional, she has a strong passion for addressing public health and mental health challenges using innovative programming, data-informed decision-making, and systems approaches. She has over eight years of experience in the areas of program development, management, evaluation, and implementation; translational educational, youth, and mental health research; and health communication in both the United States and Hong Kong. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Scripps College and a Master of Public Health degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences and Population Mental Health from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
