Dr Garima Singh is Chief Medical Officer of Burrell Behavioral Health and its parent company, Brightli, one of the largest community psychiatry organizations (CCBHO) in the Midwest. She holds an adjunct assistant clinical professor appointment from the Department of Psychiatry, University of Missouri-Columbia and is triple board certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, General Psychiatry, and Addiction Medicine. Dr Singh specializes in child psychiatry, focusing on children with special needs, autism, and developmental delays and serves as an expert panelist for ECHO Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
A visionary physician executive who builds culture and cultivates and maintains meaningful relationships.. She is passionate about expanding and improving access to mental health and is an authentic leader who believes in cultivating a resilient, capable workforce. Dr. Singh previously served as the medical director at the Thompson Center for Autism and Neurodevelopmental Disorders at the University of Missouri where she provided oversight of multi-disciplinary patient care. She was actively involved in teaching, served on management committees, and led research projects related to mental illness and autism where she published and presented in state, national and international conferences.
