Amanda Zwirecki, MSED has been working in the Evaluation, Behavioral Health, and Training space for over 10 years and is currently serving as the Director of Evaluation for Endeavor Health Services. Amanda believes that the key to quality service and care lies in the education and professional development of the workforce paired with accurate and consistent data to make quality decisions. Amanda works with clinical and non-clinical staff to improve process and practice across not-for-profit Behavioral Health agencies, for the betterment of client care and overall population health. Her unique combination of experience and education promotes quality training and evaluation of learning transfer and application in the workforce. Amanda is certified to train Adult Mental Health First Aid, and the Suicide Prevention Model Question, Persuade and Refer. Amanda is also a member of the following professional organizations, the Association for Educational Communications and Technology (AECT) and the American Evaluation Association (AEA).
