Cresse Morrell has worked across agencies and disciplines providing oversite and management of company-wide initiatives involving continuous quality improvement, performance management, data tracking and analysis, systems change management, staff training and support, and implementation of current recommended practice as well as assessmentn of organizational risk. Cresse is a strong proponent of utilizing a coaching model in the development and implementation of leadership training and has presented at numerous conferences on topics ranging from staff training and performance management. In her most recent work, she provides oversite and management of The Village for Families & Children’s CCBHC E and CCBHC IA grants to improve access, availability, and quality of behavioral healthcare treatment to underserved populations. She oversees the performance and quality of grant program activities, including data collection and monitoring, and tracking critical performance data for all grant program functions while maintaining strong, effective relationships with community partners and state-wide groups.
