Organizations are increasingly seeking a deeper understanding of their workforce to enhance employee well-being and elevate pivotal performance metrics such as employee recruitment, retention, engagement, well-being and productivity. To address this challenge, Deloitte created the Mental Health and Well-being Maturity Assessment, offering organizations insights into their current support for workforce wellness across six key operational functions: Infrastructure, Analytics, Talent Management, Organizational Culture, Brand Recognition, and Social Responsibility. The purpose of this session is to share results from an assessment with a large federal agency with over 14,000 employees including outcomes, challenges, and key findings, that ultimately informed the organizations future workforce wellness initiatives. We will share how findings from this assessment supported organization leaders in making informed decisions to enhance their existing wellness program and recommendations identified to enhance overall workforce wellbeing.
