The number of people trained by Talkable Communities increased significantly from 484 participants in 2021 to 3,476 in 2023. The program's success is the result of striking a harmony between people, processes and systems. This collaborative panel will discuss how to build a high-impact MHFA program by developing high-performing teammates, optimizing MHFA processes and utilizing digital tools.
