E16 - Healing Workplaces: How Trauma-informed Resilience Cultures Support Workplace Health and Mission Success

As we deepen commitments to trauma-informed services, we recognize success demands that our internal cultures are also healthy. Inspired by Surgeon General Vivek Murthy’s call for wellbeing, this panel will share three examples of powerful healing workplace cultures. Bailey Pyle will describe the practical and multifaceted ways they are being wellbeing cultures. Molly Mackey will highlight the six tenets of trauma-informed care in creating a healing culture. Kelsey DiPirro will focus on leadership tools and imperatives that promote cultures of wellbeing and resilience. Attendees will get new experiential awareness and concrete tools and templates they can immediately use back home.
