This presentation will share information about the development and implementation of the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline's learning management portal and online self-paced training courses for all crisis counselors at the 200+ crisis centers in the Lifeline's network. The presenters will share ideas and recommendations for attendees interested in transitioning to use of online self-paced training for their teams, and provide information and tips on effective content development and instructional design strategies.
