As society becomes more aware of the prevalence of mental health challenges among adults in the United States, workplaces are being charged with providing comprehensive wellness support to their employees. Through a focus on accessible resources and training for managers, Human Resources, and all staff, MIT’s Work-Life division has become a leader in workplace wellbeing. Attendees will be able to bring best practices from this session to their workplaces, whether they hold roles in leadership, HR, or they are part of the general workforce. Mental health providers will also be able to consult with their clients on healthy workplace practices.
