MP36 - Findings From the 2023 Relias State of Healthcare Training Survey Report: Implications for Health and Human Services Providers

Since 2017, Relias has surveyed healthcare and human services providers on learning and development trends, gathering insights from over a thousand executives, managers, and training professionals. This presentation reveals insights from the 2023 State of Healthcare Training Survey, tailored to human services providers in mental health, substance use, applied behavior analysis, and disability services organizations. Key survey findings covering learning trends, DEI training effectiveness, and support for continuing education will be provided. The presentation will also provide actionable strategies for organizational leaders seeking to build strong training programs, bolster workforce development, and enhance staff competencies.
