When certified community behavioral health centers (CCBHCs) add primary care to their service array, what does that look like in terms of program participants, referrals, and services? The poster will include data visualizations to address these three topics, based on data from Texas’ 5-year SAMHSA Promoting Integration of Primary and Behavioral Health Care grant. The visualizations will highlight key service delivery findings and will consider how centers tailored the programs to their communities’ needs when presenting the client- and service-level analyses. Possible explanations for why different integrated care approaches resulted in different client referral patterns will also be discussed.
Learning Objectives:
Identify how many clients received integrated care services during the Texas PIPBHC grant and the types and number of services that were provided
Describe any integrated care service patterns that emerged across centers or over time
Explain how different integrated care approaches may have resulted in differing service patterns
