The opiate epidemic is a major crisis in NY and rapid access to Buprenorphine is crucial in saving lives. Buprenorphine prevents overdose, and our focus at Endeavor, a CCBHC, is to provide immediate access to this medication, which can lead individuals towards recovery.

Our data-driven approach includes training our entire CCBHC team to enhance understanding, urgency, and benefits of harm reduction in combination with medication. We take a wraparound approach in our MAT clinic to provide the best team-based care for our participants. We are committed to providing individuals with the resources and support they need to achieve successful recovery.
