Time to complete assessments impacts an organization's ability to provide access to care and effectively engage clients, in addition to, its impact on staff productivity and retention. In our experience with CCBHCs across the country, teams are collecting excessive amounts of duplicate or non-required data points from clients prior to treatment planning, exacerbating client distress and increasing risk of staff burnout. In this session, we discuss lessons learned from helping CCBHCs nationwide reduce their assessments by 60-70%.
