This workshop will identify some of the key reasons why some organizations struggle to adapt timely to external change requirements. In an era of conversion to a whole new system of care as CCBHCs, are their leaders/managers able to make the conversion happen. This workshop will identify specific decision-making and leadership skills needed to support a timely and effective CQI focused rapid cycle change model.
