The ideal crisis response system provides communities with a continuum of services that addresses increasing intensity of needs and connects individuals to care beyond the moment of crisis. CCBHCs' required services span this continuum, making them an essential component of a crisis response system. This presentation will detail both a state and treatment organization perspective of strategies to pursue and pitfalls to avoid.

Analyze the role of CCBHCs in 988 Lifeline implementation, including serving as call centers, immediate care providers and referral partners.
Describe the rising demand for crisis services and the role CCBHCs play in filling gaps.
