The Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) model provides an opportunity for states to not only increase access to integrated mental health and substance use services in individual clinics but also engage in practice transformation and systems change for their entire behavioral health system. State staff, association executives and even clinics will learn about ways in which states can improve care delivery through employing the CCBHC model and hear examples from states who have already or are in the process of implementing large systems change through their CCBHC implementation.

Examine practice transformation made possible by the CCBHC model and outcomes seen by CCBHCs around the country.
Analyze how states can explore CCBHC model implementation.
Appraise the progress seen by states that have already adopted the model.
