Evaluating data and asking for co-Instructor feedback doesn’t have to be scary. New, as well as the most seasoned Instructors, can continue to develop their facilitation skills by interpreting data effectively and applying the feedback in intentional ways. Learn to construct and utilize a co-Instructor feedback strategy as part of your growth mindset. This presentation will be a discussion on many facets of co-instructing a Mental Health First Aid course, from ways to locate a co-Instructor, coordinating to train together, pre-training discussions, effectively supporting one another during the training, and post-course discussion.

  • Analyze sample evaluation feedback to identify strengths and growth strategies.
  • Practice giving and receiving effective growth-minded feedback to and from a co-Instructor.
